Test on Multiple Devices
To begin, you will first want to get an idea of what the user experience is across different devices. Maybe your social media profiles look great and are user friendly on a tablet, but are clunky and difficult to browse through on a smartphone. This will give you a firsthand look at exactly what people are seeing, and you will know which specific areas need to be addressed.

Tweak Profiles Accordingly
After you’ve seen the appearance of your social media profiles, you may need to make some adjustments. For example, people using Twitter on mobile can only see a limited portion of a profile, which means anything outside of the viewing area can’t be seen. In some cases, your header on Facebook and Twitter may also be blurred on certain devices, which can lessen the user experience and may give the impression of unprofessionalism. To get it just right, you may need to adjust the size of your profile picture, your header image, etc.
Create Concise Bios
If you write a long winded bio, your mobile audience may not always be able to see the entire thing, or it may just look ugly. To prevent this problem you want to get straight to the point on your bios and explain what your law firm is about in as few words as possible. Just highlight your areas of expertise and include something interesting that distinguishes your law firm from competitors. You should also try to throw in some keywords to increase the chances of your target audience finding your profiles. On Twitter, you can even insert a hashtag to streamline this process.
By taking measures to improve your law firm’s social media marketing on mobile, you’re killing two birds with one stone. Not only are you enhancing your social media profiles, but you’re helping yourself in the long run as mobile use continues to grow.
