It’s also helpful because it will reduce some of the workload of your secretary, and it’s easier to stay organized.
3) About Us Section
In the event that someone is on the fence about contacting you or scheduling a consultation, it’s helpful to offer a section where you explain more about your law firm. Ideally, this will include a brief biography, your areas or legal expertise and which specific services you offer. It’s also smart to include a few professional pictures of the attorneys from your firm and a few shots of the exterior and interior of your office. This should help potential clients connect the dots and learn some key information about you.
4) Free Tips Page
Finally, it’s smart to prove your knowledge and expertise by giving away some free information. For example, you might incorporate an FAQs resource section to cover any basic questions a person may have. Another idea would be linking to your blog so users could instantly read through relevant posts that relate to their case. This is a great way to build some initial rapport and show that you are capable of handling a client’s case.
